The thing most people don't realize is that this business isn't all about pretty photos.

Yes, boudoir photography is something that can be done in a generic hotel room for all the wrong reasons.


But, Bare Elegance Boudoir is not about that.


It's about improving your relationship with your body and improving your life.


The thing is, we have a relationship with every person in our lives- including ourselves.

It's time to get intentional and build a positive attitude about our bodies.

If we put in the work we can live our lives more fully, spend less time covering up, and stop dieting and exercising for the wrong reasons.

Our feelings matter, but when it comes to body image, most of us are carrying around thoughts and feelings that didn't originate inside ourselves.


They came from external factors.


Each woman who gets in front of my camera shares her moving and valuable experience with me. It's just a small part of my process that helps put women at ease so their photos turn out amazing, but there was an unintended side effect!


While getting to know those babes and hearing their stories, I was able to identify the 5 Key Elements of Body Image.


I decided that I needed to share this information on my blog because let's face it, most people don't have several YEARS to dedicate to this stuff.


They need a better body image NOW. Not after they have toned up, lost weight, or had surgery.
